1、前期基本工作

2、準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)材料

英國的博士基本申請(qǐng)材料和研究生大致相同,學(xué)位證和畢業(yè)證,成績單,個(gè)人陳述,簡(jiǎn)歷,兩封推薦信,還有語言成績。除了這些,博士申請(qǐng)?zhí)赜械?,也是最重要的就是研究?bào)告了。研究報(bào)告是體現(xiàn)你對(duì)即將要在博士階段研究課題的想法介紹,是給博士導(dǎo)師的最初印象。是顯示你研究的能力和潛力,也是錄取的關(guān)鍵因素。下面我們來看下全英前10的大學(xué)拉夫堡大學(xué)對(duì)于申請(qǐng)博士的研究報(bào)告的小建議:

OxfordUniversity對(duì)“Studentship”的項(xiàng)目說明:A departmental awardwhich provides funding for postgraduate research students who are working onspecific projects. And the funding is normally provided by an organization suchas a Research Council or through a combination of funds from an academicdepartment or external body.

所以不同于Scholarship,

1、Studentship通常是由具體機(jī)構(gòu)為具體研究課題而設(shè)立的項(xiàng)目,也就是說,這個(gè)項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)有了具體的研究方向和研究題目,而且一般有了導(dǎo)師負(fù)責(zé)。所以,同學(xué)們就不用糾結(jié)如何選題,也就不用盲目陶瓷~
2、由于Studentship由具體的機(jī)構(gòu)贊助,所以對(duì)于申請(qǐng)人會(huì)有一定的要求??赡苣硞€(gè)EU或者英國本土的機(jī)構(gòu)只贊助自家學(xué)生,可能不考慮國際學(xué)生。
